So far, great! The two young men who picked up the carpets were polite and professional- really nice guys & knowledgeable. They texted to alert their arrival, which was when I was told by the office that it would be. I’ve used Lewis Cleaners before and have all great things to say.
Jose texted his ETA before arriving and came on time. Very professional. I had 1 family room and 1 bedroom to be cleaned. It took about an hour and a half. The service may seem overrated, but in the end the result is that all the stains are gone.Be aware that 300 sq ft is not much, measure the rooms size so that your invoice total is not a bad surprise!
I love using Lewis CleanersThey are so professional. They confirm time of arrival with a picture of the technicians! They are always very courteous and respectful. I have old off white carpets with a large black dog so my carpets take a beating. However, Lewis cleaners manages to get most of the dirt out to make my carpets look soooo much better! Dude, Jose did an awesome job. I had contracted a company in the past that just just did 1 pass ans bounced. He pre-treated where all my beer stains were and sucked them into his truck. Mama's going to be so happy. Kids can't wait to spill milk. Will use again!

Excellent job! The old light beige carpet and cream sofa are like new. All dogs stains and dirt spots are gone. Very pleased with the service.
