Cleaning Services:
Reservice: Our initial cleaning does not include future stains or spots. These will require additional service at an extra cost.
Area Rug Cleaning: Shop cleaning for area rugs takes 7-14 days. After that, a $10 per day storage fee applies. Unclaimed rugs after 90 days will be discarded for hygiene reasons.
Payment: You agree to pay the amount listed on the work order upon completion or based on your selected payment terms. Late payments will incur fees and interest.
Rug Cleaning Release and Authorization:
Stain Removal: We strive to remove stains, but cannot guarantee complete removal. Some stains may cause permanent damage that cleaning cannot repair.
Fringe: Soiled fringe may retain discoloration after cleaning, or develop browning or tears.
Wear and Tear: Cleaning cannot reverse gradual wear and tear that affects the look and feel of rugs.
Shrinking & Buckling: Shrinking or buckling is a possibility during any rug cleaning.
Rug Backings: Rugs with certain backings may develop odor, discoloration, or deterioration after cleaning. We hold no responsibility for such damage.
Natural Fiber Rugs: Dhurries, Viscose, Sisal, and Seagrass rugs might develop new dark spots or lightening during cleaning.
Deodorization: We cannot guarantee odor removal with normal cleaning.
Urine contamination might lead to color bleeding and rug damage.
Hidden Damage: Pre-existing damage from water, furniture, insects, urine, or dry rot may worsen after cleaning, causing permanent stains or deterioration.
Cleaning Process:
We adhere to industry standards, using professional cleaning solutions and maintaining temperatures between 145-160°F for optimal disinfection and soil removal. This ensures a cleaner and healthier environment for your home or office.
